from Monogatari (story) of Heian ;

The sound of the Gion Shouja bells echoes the impermanence of all things; the color of the Sharashouju flowers reveals the truth that the prosperous must decline. The proud do not endure, they are like a dream on a spring night; the mighty fall at last, they are as dust before the wind.

which means….
To the sound of the bell of Jetavana vihara of Buddhism
There is a sound that various line mutability, that is, all phenomena of this world always changes.
The color of the paired sal trees flower
The reason that it is the one to which the person with active power is sure to become weak, too is very shown.
Also for the person who prospers in the world and preens on, the prosperity doesn’t continue for a long time, and be on the night of spring like the dream.
A person intense ..active power.. ruins after all, leaves, and is similar to the dust blown off in like the wind.
